Leadership Training
At the heart of what we do is train new leaders and help current leaders grow and flourish in their roles. We conduct extensive research into what works in leadership development, then translate that research into one-on-one and group training. Coaching
Coaching at LGRC focuses on helping individuals set and achieve their personal and professional goals. Coaching fosters accountability and offers individuals the opportunity to work one on one with a skilled facilitator.
